Gibson Network Services provides a variety of website and online marketing services to grow your business.
All services are provided on a month to month basis with no long term contracts. We will perform work on your site throughout each month and report to you on what was accomplished.
We will always provide you with our strategy for the coming month. All work performed will be reported to you along with the reasons for each action, and the results you can expect. All results will be included in your monthly report.
Your report will be a clear, plain English account of what work is being done on your site, and the metrics that apply. We will not talk over your head or level of technical understanding.

Monthly Retained Internet Marketing Service (SEO/SEM)
This service is month to month, however, it is based on a long term strategy for your website and business growth. This service covers three months of initial actions, plus ongoing work related to those strategies. The timeline for each month is listed here, and may be flexible depending on the current market conditions for your business and your specific needs.
Month One
- We will spend an hour interviewing your key staff by phone to help us understand your business and your competition. Based on this information and our own research, we will develop a list of key search phrases (called keywords) and explain to you why they will work.
- Optimize the site to make sure it is presenting a good image for the company. This can range from small technical fix ups to an in-depth redesign.*
- Add website traffic monitoring to the website so that we can track our progress with the site in terms of page views, website visitors, and other key metrics.
- Build a pay per click campaign that makes economic sense and implement it for you. This is one of the best ways to get immediate results for your website.
We will recommend a monthly budget for the pay per click campaign, implement the campaign, monitor the results and make necessary adjustments on an ongoing basis. Pay per click maintenance is included in your monthly fee, however, fees for Google AdWords are not included, and those payments will be made separately. We will run up to three ads for you at one time.

Month Two
Beginning in month two, and continuing throughout the life of your account we will implement and maintain an organic search engine optimization strategy that will be performed incrementally over a period of months. It is important to note that this work is never “finished” and will be done on an ongoing basis.
We will optimize one website page per month. Organic (non pay per click) search engine optimization is a slower results process but will improve your site’s rankings over time in the main results section of search engines.
These efforts will improve both your pay per click and organic results. Search engines judge the quality of your site and its content on an ongoing basis. The quality of your site can impact your pricing for pay per click programs in addition to your organic rankings.
The goal of this strategy is to get your key pages onto the first search engine page for the keywords selected in month one. We will accomplish this through technical page work, content writing, and building links between your website and others.
Month Three
- Starting in the third month and every other month we will add new content or refresh existing content on one page to keep the page fresh. Our professional writers will produce a page of content every other month with a focus on our targeted keywords for the page.
- We will set up a Facebook presence for your business and add links between Facebook and your company website.
Facebook is a powerful social media tool to promote your business and in conjunction with your website, it will boost your results.
We will set up your Facebook page and add to it each week with short posts of your company’s products, events, sales, etc. We will compose a short message to post (at your request) weekly along with photos if provided.
This is an ongoing effort with weekly updates and interactions with your customer and “fan” base.
In addition to this timeline for our monthly retained service, we are available on an ongoing basis for consultations regarding new ideas and services for your long term online marketing strategy.
Website Design / Redesign

While a good website design is one of the most important aspects of your website, we recommend following your new design with our monthly retained service.
Website Hosting
We recommend this service to support our other services. Having your website hosted on the most reliable servers is as important as the website itself.
Hosting is available for a monthly fee of $25. This fee includes hosting of your website on our servers, email, and domain name management. We will handle everything for you, including annual domain renewals.
Domain name registration fees are included if you do not already own a domain (website address).
Premium Google Gmail and Google applications accounts are available for an additional fee.
